On March 28, 2020, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) updated its list of essential services during the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis and expressly included residential real estate.
Notwithstanding this new development, CA Real Estate Group is taking into account the health and safety of our clients by following existing protocols for protecting against the spread of COVID-19.
CA Real Estate Group is carefully abiding by health guidelines by following safeguards and protocols and are following all CDC and local health mandates. Two of the most significant observances that are in effect are the following:
1. No open houses should be held.
2. Showings should be done virtually, if at all possible.
However, Sellers and Buyers are still needing to move and for that reason, we have developed a VIRTUAL PROGRAM for the Selling and Buying Processes that work incredibly well in or out of this coronavirus season we find ourselves in.
