I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Christine!!!

As a first time home buyer, you can imagine the mountain load of questions I had along with my nervousness of every little thing. But Christine is patient, compassionate, communicative, and helpful every step of the way.

I’m not rich, and as an independent buyer with no financial help from family members or a partner, my budget wasn’t very high, but I had very specific things I was looking for in a condo (2 bed 2 ba, move-in ready, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, parking, within a very specific neighborhood, decent storage space, etc). I feel that many times realtors who just want to make a sale don’t really listen to everything you list as a potential buyer. I’ve also had experiences where I felt that they didn’t care very much about me as a client because I didn’t have a higher budget. Christine really LISTENED to my needs and really cared about what I want.

I’m also currently living about 400 miles away from where I wanted to buy. My future planning of moving back to SoCal had me looking to buy when the market was still affordable enough, so we essentially did everything virtually. Until I found “the one” in my purchase, all the showings were done via FaceTime. She was always punctual, ready with a smile, and pointed out the smallest details I should take note of. She viewed each listing with me through my eyes, as if SHE was buying the property. I really appreciated that.

When she went out of town for a little vacation (everyone needs some self-care and me-time!), she made sure I was taken care of by updating her associates who are also very attentive and didn’t let me feel forgotten.

When I finally did find one I really liked, I flew down to see it in person and she offered to pick me up at the airport and we went to see it together. I really appreciated the amount of attention and white glove service I received despite my limited budget. She made me feel like I was her most important client, even if I knew she had other, higher budget deals going on.

Then, she helped me make an offer and deal I was comfortable with. She always made me feel safe and protected about every step of the deal, and explained things if I didn’t understand or I needed to negotiate a little more strategically. She really cares about her clients, and you can tell she wants the home buying process to be attainable for everyone. It really shows.

She has even extended her help for AFTER the home buying process. THIS IS KEY. It’s not an “ok, I got the sale and your money, goodbye.” Since I do live so far from my place and can’t move there right away, I have decided to rent it out for the time being, and she has continued to help me with anything from meeting with a plumber to get things fixed, being available for furniture deliveries, meeting a photographer to take pictures for a rental listing, etc. Her services have gone above and beyond the sale.

She is also just an extremely lovely human being. I feel like through this process I’ve even made a friend in real estate because I just really admire her and her work ethic, her grace, and her positivity.

If you haven’t been swayed by all the other glowing reviews and my lengthly praise, just call her. I bet your first phone call with her will be all you need to make your decision to work with her. 🙂

P.S. The broker she works with, Allan, is also awesome. Being the “money guy,” he looked after my finances and made sure I was protected and able to make this work financially for me. When there was a slight complication with the lender toward closing, he essentially ended up sacrificing his money from what would have been his commission to make sure I got the rate I wanted. Just as caring about his clients as Christine. What a great team. Wow, just wow. Grateful.
