There’s always something invigorating when you get in a room full of like-minded leaders, who are passionate about God, family and their businesses. We not only left feeling encouraged, but we left feeling excited for what 2017 has in store for us all.
The Awards ceremony started off with the Most Inspiring Award honoring our very own, Christine Almarines. Although it was an unexpected recognition, it is a well-deserved one! With the battles she faced of a breast cancer diagnoses mid-last year, Christine was relentless in pushing forward in her business and utilizing the team to finish off the year successfully. She is a true inspiration in showing us that what you focus on expands. With that, the Christine Almarines Real Estate Group was awarded Team #6 Top Group!

2017 is here and we are nearly halfway through January! Our holiday client appreciation event was a night full a fun, laughter and holiday cheer! The holidays are a special time to spend with those we cherish. What better way to ring in the season with a trolley ride full of families and friends, hot cocoa, sugar cookies andSanta hats with beautiful sights of Christmas lights along the Alamitos Bay and Naples Island canals.
We truly appreciate all of our clients and we especially love spending time outside of contracts, inspections, appraisals, and so on. Our business has continued to grow by leaps and bounds and we could not be where we are today without your loyalty and referrals. We extend our full hearts of gratitude for each and every one of you!

Christine Almarines Real Estate Group celebrated a milestone this past Saturday aboard the Pacific Spirit for our First Annual Client Appreciation event. We were in the company of some of our dearest clients from both past and present – all of whom we are extremely grateful for.
We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day to cruise the Long Beach harbor while listening to tunes from our favorite musician Timo, along with a live painting from his wife Kristi. It was a breathtaking sight to see and hear.
The most exciting part of the day was the raffle prize giveaways! Congratulations to our grand prize winners, the Abutal family on their 32” smart TV and our other winners, The Syed, Melchor, Douesnard, Miramontes families. A special thank you to our sponsor, Allan Almarines from Paramount Residential Mortgage Group for donating the drinks and prizes.
The event was truly a success and only made possible because of all our clients who have trusted us with one of the most exciting, yet nerve-racking process of buying or selling a home. W
