CA Real Estate Group is proud to announce the 7th Annual Client Appreciation Photoshoot Day!
Saturday, October 18, 2025
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
381 S Walnut St, La Habra, CA 90631
Join us this year for a dramatic photoshoot at the abandoned train tracks alongside Guadalupe Park in La Habra.
- Each group will be treated to a mini photo session typically lasting between 10-15 minutes. These short sessions are designed for a quick, focused photoshoot and you will receive 5-7 digital photos delivered straight to your email with an approximate four-week processing time.
- Registration is first come first served and SPACE IS LIMITED, so register early to guarantee your choice slot.
- ONCE YOU REGISTER, you’ll receive an email from Jennifer Sentani with your designated time slot and detailed email with instructions on where to park, check-in, and other tips for a successful photoshoot.

Photoshoot FAQs
CHECK-IN TIME AND LOCATION
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your assigned time so you have plenty of time to park and check in. Look out for CA Real Estate Group’s EVENT SIGNS.
PARKING
Guadalupe Park is at 381 S Walnut St, La Habra, CA 90631. There is plenty of parking along Walnut Street and Loma Verde Avenue that runs perpendicular to Walnut Avenue.
RESTROOMS
The park is not equipped with restrooms facilities.
REFRESHMENTS
While you wait, enjoy refreshments in the park with a small playground for the kiddos.
PHOTOGRAPHER
This year’s photographer is Erin with @capturedgracephotographyoc. Check out her beautiful photography on her Instagram page. She’s GREAT with the kids and all our families raved about her the last three years!
PHOTOS READY-BY DATE
Out of the many photos that Erin will take of your party, she will touch up 5-7 of the best shots. Please anticipate about four weeks for the photos to be edited and uploaded to a Google Drive. We will email you the link at which time you may download the high resolution photos for personal use.
COORDINATING OUTFITS FOR A PHOTOSHOOT
Coordinating your clothing makes your photos pop. Try to avoid matching clothing but rather coordinating with a color scheme. Avoid patterns and graphics on clothing as it becomes too busy. You can add patterns with a scarf if necessary. Try to limit a plaid shirt to only 1 person.
FURRY FAMILY MEMBERS
You’re welcome to bring your pet! Please use discretion if your pet is not accustomed to being around people since it could hinder other families from having a successful photo session. Also, we ask that you be prepared to keep your pet secure during photos when they’re not included in the shot.
PROPS
Feel free to bring any props to use in your unique photoshoot.
IN CASE OF RAIN
Even though cloudy skies are the best for lighting, if it is raining during the time of our session then we will have to reschedule our photo session for another day. We check the weather report daily/hourly and we will contact you if we need to reschedule.
