This year, we invite all of you to our new brokerage office in the heart of Old Towne Orange! We’ll be photographing our families right outside the office in the alleyways for an urban landscape photoshoot theme.
- Registration is first come first served and SPACE IS LIMITED, so register early to guarantee your choice slot.
- While you wait, enjoy refreshments in our brokerage office decorated with a cool and trendy vibe. Restrooms are available for that last minute touch-up!
- Professional photographer Erin returns for her third year with us! She’s GREAT with the kids and all our families continue to rave about her. Check out her Instagram page @capturedgracephotographyoc.
- Digital photos will be made available on a private online gallery available for download no later than 4 weeks after the shoot date. Photos will be delivered as high-resolution JPEG files in an online gallery.
- ONCE YOU REGISTER, you’ll receive an email from Jennifer Sentani with your designated time slot and detailed email with instructions on where to park, check-in, and other tips for a successful photoshoot.

Photoshoot FAQs
CHECK-IN TIME AND LOCATION
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your assigned time so you have plenty of time to park and check in with us at the Caliber Real Estate office at 128 S Glassell, Orange. Look out for CA Real Estate Group’s EVENT SIGNS.
PARKING
There are a couple free public parking lots east of the office on Olive Street or free street parking along Glassell Street and surrounding streets.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are available inside the Caliber Real Estate office for that last minute touch-up!
Light refreshments such as water and bagged snacks will be served inside the Caliber Real Estate office.
This year’s photographer is Erin with @capturedgracephotographyoc. Check out her beautiful photography on her Instagram page. She’s GREAT with the kids and all our families raved about her last year!
Out of the many photos that Erin will take of your party, she will touch up 5-7 of the best shots. Please anticipate about four weeks for the photos to be edited and uploaded to a Google Drive. We will email you the link at which time you may download the high resolution photos for personal use.
Coordinating your clothing makes your photos pop. Try to avoid matching clothing but rather coordinating with a color scheme. Avoid patterns and graphics on clothing as it becomes too busy. You can add patterns with a scarf if necessary. Try to limit a plaid shirt to only 1 person.
Feel free to bring any props to use in your unique photoshoot.
Even though cloudy skies are the best for lighting, if it is raining during the time of our session then we will have to reschedule our photo session for another day. We check the weather report daily/hourly and we will contact you if we need to reschedule.
