Who is Christine Almarines?
Christine started in real estate right out of high school, as a secretary in a real estate office, working to help pay for college. She realized quickly that real estate could help other people create and build wealth too. In her words, it was a path that was designed for her, and she has been on it ever since.
She has been licensed since January 2004. She was previously CEO and Team Leader of a large real estate office, and she has personally invested in, flipped, renovated, staged, and rented properties herself. That means she has stood on every side of this business: agent, mortgage lender, investor, renovator, and landlord. Her certifications include Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Probate Specialist, and Luxury Agent.

How do we work with clients?
Every client starts with a strategy conversation built around their actual goal, before any home is shown or listed. Our approach follows the CARE Roadmap: Consultation, Assessment, Roadmap, Execution, and Protection.
A few things we do on every deal:
- We walk every disclosure and report with you. Christine sits down with clients, on Zoom or in person, and goes through inspection reports, disclosures, and title documents page by page, instead of sending a stack of paperwork to read alone.
- We stay involved through the hard parts. Financing surprises, low appraisals, and inspection issues are where deals tend to go wrong, and we stay in the middle of them instead of handing off once a home is in escrow.
- We share trusted lender referrals, and we speak up on numbers. In one case, a buyer shopped for a loan on his own, and when escrow opened Christine could tell his rate was too high. One call to a lender from her list lowered his monthly payment.
What do we do for the community?
We believe a real estate team should show up for the neighborhood beyond real estate. This season that includes:
