What’s in the Halloween Night Survival Kit
The kit is built for trick-or-treating night specifically, with something for parents and something for kids:
- A reflective safety sash for parents, so you’re visible to drivers while you’re out after dark with your kids
- Glow bracelets for kids, so they’re easy to spot in the dark too
- Halloween treats and surprises
- A few additional fun and useful extras — exact contents may be added to as Halloween gets closer
It’s a small kit built around one real goal: making trick-or-treating a little safer and a little more fun for everyone in the family.
How to Reserve Yours
- Fill out the registration form on the official kit page.
- You’ll receive confirmation with the pickup details.
- Pick up your kit in person on October 31 during the pickup window.
Quantities are limited, so reserving in advance is strongly encouraged rather than showing up without registering first.

Why We’re Doing This
CARE Group works with families across Buena Park every day, and Halloween is one night a year where a small safety boost — being visible in the dark — genuinely matters.
This is a simple way to give families something useful for free and be part of the neighborhood beyond just real estate.
